GEOGRAPHIC COVERAGE: Domestic, 50 states, Washington, DC, Puerto Rico, US Territories POINT(S) OF PRODUCTION: Smyrna (Cobb County), GA DISCOUNT FROM LIST PRICES: Government's basic discount will always be at least 17% (barriers), 8% (Force 12, Accordions and Roll-downs), 1% (impact glass) and 1% (services) and will always be at least 17% (barriers), 8% (Force 12, accordions and roll-downs), 1% (impact glass), and 1% (services) greater than the MFCs basic discount of 0% (all products and services). The contractor should deduct the appropriate basic discount from the list price and add the prevailing IFF rate to the negotiated discounted price (Net GSA price). Current IFF rate is 0.75%. QUANTITY DISCOUNT(S): An additional 1% discount on single order of $1,000,000+ for barriers. PROMPT PAYMENT TERMS: Net -30 days. TIME OF DELIVERY: 25 days after approval of shop drawings EXPEDITED DELIVERY: 20 days after approval of shop drawings FOB POINT: Origin ORDERING ADDRESS: Phoenix Architectural Products, Inc. PAYMENT ADDRESS: Same as contractor WARRANTY PROVISION: Manufacturers' Standard Commercial Warranty of 7 years. Customers should contact the contractor for a copy of the applicable warranty.
